Welcome to episode 19.  What can you do to protect your self-care from the pandemic?  Today, we are going to focus on teachers, professors, school staff, and administrators.  For educators, it has been demanding to quickly adopt new technology for online learning coupled with student well-being, parents, and the community, all while balancing their personal life.

Our host, Dr. Kortni Alston, finds out how to cope with the pressures of the pandemic and the classroom with school psychologist Dr. Katie Raher.  She is the founder of Constant Love and Learning and an educational leader. She is also passionate about well-being, growth, and equity in schools.

Dr. Raher joins us in the studio to provide a prescription to self-care for educators and all professionals working remotely or in-person during the pandemic.
